- 75% unpeated and 25% peated whisky, drawn from 2017–2019 distillations.
- Matured in 50% ex-American bourbon barrels, 48% Ruby Port barriques, and 2% sherry casks.

- Nose: Gammon ham, torched pineapple, prunes with salt, strawberry jam on salty cracker, almond oil, coconut macaroon, spearmint.
- Palate: Salt-baked pear, meadowsweet, wildflowers, lemon thyme, sultanas, cherry-wood embers, cocoa powder, pink peppercorns.
- Finish: Gentle, buoyant smoke with Himalayan pink salt, red-currant cordial—sweet and salty in perfect balance, with a dry and lingering finish.
