Hazelburn 8yo Sherry Wood is a limited-edition single malt from Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown. This annual release (2025) is matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks, showcasing the rich and fruit-forward character that has made the series a favorite among whisky enthusiasts.

• Nose
  Inviting aromas of sweet cinnamon, cocoa powder, cranberry, and redcurrant. Additional layers of raspberry, balsamic vinegar, clove, and subtle aniseed provide depth and complexity.
• Palate 
  A burst of mixed berries, strawberry bubblegum, and blackberries, followed by sticky toffee pudding and oak tannins. Flavors of caramel, chocolate coins, sea spray minerality, and candied ginger unfold with each sip.
• Finish
  A balanced, lingering finish with persistent berry sweetness, nutty warmth (hazelnut, walnut), and a touch of dry sherry character.
