Description
The Speyside Single Malt SPY.4.A 12 Year Old (50%) by Cadenhead’s is part of the intriguing Enigma series, where the distillery identity remains undisclosed. Released as part of the February 2026 Collection, this whisky invites enthusiasts to explore and speculate while enjoying a high-quality Speyside single malt.
Matured for 12 years, this expression follows a layered maturation process, initially aged in refill oak casks before being finished in Oloroso sherry casks from 2024 onwards, adding richness and depth to the spirit.
Bottled at 50% ABV, it strikes a perfect balance between intensity and drinkability. As with all Cadenhead’s releases, it is non-chill filtered and presented in natural colour, ensuring an authentic and unaltered whisky experience.
The Enigma range is especially popular among collectors and curious whisky drinkers, as each release combines quality with mystery.
