On the nose, expect Medjool dates, sticky toffee pudding, and rich treacle, followed by stewed plums and a burst of blood orange zest, with a touch of peat smoke lingering in the background.
The palate unfolds with continued peat smoke, alongside smoked figs, caramelised brown sugar, cigar box, blackberries, and subtle savoury notes of Iberico ham.
The finish is long and warming: think banana bread, a dash of cinnamon spice, and an earthy, savoury undertone that rounds things off with elegance.
