Wild & Peaty, the 4th edition of Whisky à la Belge flips the concept on its head.
Where earlier editions finished Scottish single malts in Belgian beer barrels, this time the beer takes its turn in the whisky cask.

In this special box, you’ll find:

• 2 × 37.5 cl Wild & Peaty Geuze – a blend of one- and two-year-old lambiek, finished in a peated Ardmore whisky cask.
• 2 × 35 cl Ardmore 13 yo – the original Highland single malt, bottled at cask strength (58 % ABV), not finished, authentic and bold.

This edition celebrates the creative dialogue between Belgian brewing and Scottish distilling. The lambiek absorbed layers of peat and smoke from the whisky-soaked wood, while the Ardmore single malt remains pure, a reference point to taste how its cask influenced the beer.

A mirror of tradition: instead of whisky on beer barrels, now beer on whisky barrels.
Result: a duo that tells both sides of the story — the whisky’s smoky soul and the geuze’s wild, tangy spirit.
