The Dingle Single Malt “Cónocht an Fómhair” is a limited-edition Irish whiskey from the Wheel of the Year series by Dingle Distillery in County Kerry, Ireland. It celebrates the Celtic autumn equinox, a moment of seasonal balance between harvest and the coming winter.
This expression is bottled at 50.5% ABV and is non-chill filtered.It is matured in ex-bourbon casks with a rum cask finish.

- Nose: fresh mint, rhubarb crumble dusted in brown sugar, toffee apple and icing sugar
- Taste: Hints of tropical fruits, sweet raisins, honey, coconut and hazelnuts on the palate
- Finish: A nice clean finish with spiced fruits and warm caramel notes
