Grianstad an tSamhraidh Single Pot Still is the seventh release in the Celtic Wheel of the Year Series. It honours the ancient Celtic celebration of Grianstad an tSamhraidh, the summer solstice. Matured in first-fill Bourbon casks before a long finish in Rye casks. Distilled, matured and bottled at Dingle Distillery.
