Description
The Celtic Wheel of the Year inspired Dingle to create a series of whiskies that mark Irish history and culture. The ancient celebration of Bealtaine marks the end of spring and the beginning of summer. Dingle Bealtaine single pot still whiskey has matured in bourbon casks and then finished in Shiraz casks before it was bottled at 52.5% ABV.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Dried fruit, figs, vanilla, caramel, and dark chocolate.
- Palate: Raisins, dates, and cherries are joined by creamy nutty flavours and warming spice.
