The Dingle Single Malt “Grianstad an Gheimhridh” is a limited-edition Irish whiskey released as part of the Wheel of the Year series by Dingle Distillery in County Kerry, Ireland.
This expression is bottled at 50.5% ABV and is a non-chill filtered single malt. It is matured in bourbon casks and finished in muscatel casks, contributing sweetness and rich fruit influence to the spirit.
The release is inspired by Grianstad an Gheimhridh (Winter Solstice), marking the longest night of the year and the symbolic return of light.
