Tasting Notes
- Nose: Orchards of ripe apple and pear, soft vanilla, honey, subtle oak and fresh citrus zest.
- Palate: Silky-sweet malt appears first, followed by layers of lemon curd, soft spice (nutmeg, cinnamon), tropical fruit hints, and gentle oak influence.
- Finish: Long and warming with lingering fruit, vanilla, and a touch of oak tannin.

Best enjoyed neat in a tulip or Glencairn glass to appreciate its fruit and oak interplay. A few drops of water can gently open up the spice and citrus layers. Great for those who prefer balance and subtlety, rather than dominating smoke or heavy cask influence.
